Michigan State Athletic Director Mark Hollis says the school plans to keep its current Spartan logo design. A redesign of the Spartan helmet emblem used on Michigan State uniforms had been contemplated as part of an overall branding update the university plans to roll out in April. But the revised logo sparked an Internet protest among the university's fans who liked the current version better.
